About Us

After working for several years organizing travel for school groups, Vanessa Newman became more and more concerned that generations of teens were missing out on the opportunity to celebrate the end of their school years with an awesome and exciting experience. She dreamed of being able to offer schoolies an adventure of a lifetime that would help launch them into the next great phase of their lives. This is what we have created for school leavers with Chill Out! Cool overseas adventures, that help schoolies escape the boring and predictable & guarantee an amazing experience. The trips are drug and alcohol free, so school leavers are free to have the time of their lives!

Each Chill Out trip has been designed with a slightly different focus, to appeal to different interests and expectations. Check out the destinations pages for all the details.

Our trip leaders are a caring bunch of young people, who are either school chaplains or youth leaders. They are all Christians who volunteer their time to hang out with schoolies in some of the most beautiful locations in the world! Tough job?? There is no formal Christian program, and the leaders are there to ensure that everyone has a brilliant time.
